What airport should I Land?

Rafael Núñez International Airport (CTG).

Will there be a rehearsal dinner?

No, we won’t be having a traditional rehearsal dinner — there’s nothing to rehearse! Instead, we’re planning something much more fun: a relaxing and festive beach club day to enjoy together before the wedding.

Can I bring my children?

We love your little ones, but for this event, we kindly request no kids. We hope you can enjoy a relaxing, adults-only evening with us. Thank you for understanding!

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Yes! Our ceremony will take place on a beautiful rooftop overlooking Cartagena. The reception, on the other hand, will be held indoors on the first floor of the same venue.

Will the ceremony start on time?

Yes! Cartagena can be quite hot, so we don’t want guests sitting in the sun for too long. We kindly ask everyone to arrive on time so we can begin promptly.

I have dietary restrictions. What should I do?

We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies. Please inform us this in the RSVP form so we can make appropriate arrangements.

What is the recommend transportation?

The hotels we are recommending offer transportation Airport-Hotel if you book it in advance. Uber is also a convenient transportation option—easy, safe, and fully legal in Cartagena.

What should we know about the local culture and traditions?

Colombians are known for being warm, polite, and incredibly friendly. You’ll likely encounter many street vendors—if you’re not interested in buying anything, a simple “No, gracias” is perfectly fine.

How is the weather?

Cartagena is warm and tropical, with average temperature around 80-85 °F (27-29°C). Expect sunny days.

Where can I get my makeup and hair done?

Angie Cabrera will be doing the bride’s makeup. She will also be available for guests who would like to have their makeup done. If you are interested, please indicate this in your RSVP.

What is the currency in Colombia?

Colombia's currency is the Colombian peso (COP). It's helpful to exchange currency at local banks or exchange offices for the best rates. Many places also accept major credit cards, but it's wise to carry some cash for smaller purchases or in case cards aren't accepted.

What gift should I bring?

Your presence alone is enough for us.
